Hi. This is starter theme called `Thrivence`. You can start develop market standard theme from here and it's good to go.

Installation :

- Create a project directory in your `wp-content/themes` directory.

- `clone` or `download` all files from this repository and put all files in `wp-content/themes` directory.

- Login `WordPress Dashboard` and check `appearance/themes` section from `WordPress Admin` panel.

- Open your project directory to a code editor

- Start Developing & Enjoy............
