FGO Dropsheet Lookup

This is an app that fetches data from the [item drop sheet hosted by AtlasAcademy](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_SlTjrVRTgHgfS7sRqx4CeJMqlz687HdSlYqiW-JvQA/edit?gid=1676231111#gid=1676231111).

The `generate-lookup.py` script fetches and stores the item data from the dropsheet, and the Next app serves as its frontend.
