GIMP color palette for color universal design

## What's this?

Color Universal Design Organization (CUDO) has developed a model color palette for color universal design.

This is reproduced as a GIMP color palette from it.

The original materials published by CUDO is readable at [CUDO's web site](http://www2.cudo.jp/wp/?page_id=1565) (Japanese).

All rights of original color palette are reserved on CUDO.

## Usage (in case of Inkscape)

1. You can download `CUDcolorset.gpl`.

1. You should place the file at `C:\Program Files\Inkscape\share\inkscape\palettes`.

1. Launch Inkscape and click `[View]` / `[Swatches...]` on menu bar.

1. Please check `CUD color set RGB` were added.
