# Thumbico CLI

## Download Pre-release

The latest development pre-release version of Thumbico CLI can be downloaded from [GitHub Releases](https://github.com/aurelitec/thumbico-cli-windows/releases). You can download a fully portable edition that does not require installation. Thumbico CLI runs on Windows 10, 8, 7, and Vista. On Windows Vista and Windows 7 please make sure you have installed .NET Framework 4.5 or above.

## Source Code

Thumbico CLI is written in C# using Windows Forms and .NET Framework 4.5. The project is developed using Visual Studio Community 2017, with the help of [Mono.Options](https://github.com/xamarin/XamarinComponents/tree/master/XPlat/Mono.Options) and [StyleCop.Analyzers](https://github.com/DotNetAnalyzers/StyleCopAnalyzers).
