Puts Nyan Cat in the iOS 8 Notification Center :D

### Intro

I wrote a Nyan Cat Notification Center widget for jailbroken phones a few years back, so it seemed fitting to bring it to iOS 8!

Pretty much the BSD license, just don't repackage it and call it your own please!
