### 📝 Package Creation

This creates a complete package structure with:
- Python module files with proper imports
- Tests directory with pytest setup

The `create` command uses your `pkgmngr.toml` configuration file to generate a standardized package structure. You can customize aspects like author, version, dependencies, and Python version requirements in this file.

### 🔄 Package Wrapping

Already started coding but want to transform your code into a proper package structure? The `wrap` command helps with that:

What the `wrap` command does:

Before publishing, ensure you have configured your PyPI credentials using one of these methods:

- Environment variables: `TWINE_USERNAME` and `TWINE_PASSWORD`
- API tokens (recommended for security)
