## Background

Coffee is a drink that is consumed by a person so as not to get sleepy because the content in coffee contains caffeine to prevent someone from being
sleepy in carrying out an activity or activity. Coffee can help them to work from night to morning. During the current covid-19 period, many coffee industries are getting
quite large results from their operating hours. This is caused by the majority of people who order coffee to accompany them in completing their work. During this pandemic,

to create a data warehouse dimensional model of operating hours in the coffee industry
