PHP and MySQL for Dynamic Web Sites: Visual QuickPro Guide (5th Edition) Written by Larry Ullman

Read Chapter 9 of your textbook, completing each exercise.  

You will find two files in your ../htdoc/myPHPstuff directory named: Script9_1_header.html and style.css, which will save you some time typing as you start this chapter. 

Submission: Please take and submit .png screenshots showing your working code running in a browser for 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6, and 9.7; place all files in a .zip file.
