# Transparent Overlays



Displays images as draggable, transparent overlays on your Windows PC.

You can have your favorite GIFs, PNGs, etc. always on top and in the same spot while you're working or gaming.

## Usage

1. Make sure you have installed the [Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2](https://support.microsoft.com/help/4054531/microsoft-net-framework-4-7-2-web-installer-for-windows) or later.

2. Download the latest release of "Transparent Overlays" from [here](https://github.com/Berny23/transparent-overlays/releases/latest/download/Transparent_Overlays.exe) and run it.

## Troubleshooting

- If the program doesn't start, try to disable any custom visual style or theme. ([#1](https://github.com/Berny23/transparent-overlays/issues/1))
