# Base converter

Converts a number to decimal, hexadecimal, and binary.

## Usage

In Cerebro, type a number in decimal, hexadecimal, or binary base.

* Use arrow keys to move or click/enter to copy the converted number.

## Installing

* Type `plugins base2x16` into Cerebro

* Click `install`
