# NCI-PDMR-Data
This Git Repo contains all you need to reproduce the results we produced with the Line Plot Digitizer.
- The /Code Folder contains all scripts required to run the Line Graph Digitizer on your own machine
- The /Data Folder includes all original .jpg images used to generate .csv's
- The /CSV Folder includes all .csv's generated using the script
## Demo
A brief demo video on how to use the digitization code is shown below. DigitizeMultipleGraphs.m is the
entry point for the demo.
