Workflows

The following repo containers a list of workflows that use BioContainers tools. All the workflows should be published in github.The user should provide for each workflow the following fields: 

- GitHub repo* 

- Author name*

- Short name (Optional if provided in the repo)

- Short description (Between 50-200 characters). (Optional inf provided in the repo)

- License (Optional if provided in the repo). 

- Type (NF, CWL, SN)

How to contribute
