Multiple simulations analysis tool.

Introduction

------------

``BlueETL`` is a package that can help analyse multiple simulations in a Simulation Campaign.

It automatically uses `Blue Brain SNAP `__ or `BluePy `__ to open simulations, circuits, and reports.
