# Hippocampus Workshop

## Create a Collab
- Go to https://wiki.ebrains.eu/bin/view/Main/ and login
- Click on `Collabs` -> `Create a collab`
- Add the required information and click `Create collab`

## Clone repository
- Go to your collab
- In the left panel click on `Drive`
- Grant access to Collaboratory Drive if requested
- In the left panel click on `Lab`
- Grant access to Collaboratory 2.0 Jupyterhub if requested
- Select Lab Execution Site `Fenix CH - Swiss National Supercomputing Center (CSCS)`
- Select the recommended `Official EBRAINS Docker image 22.02 for Collaboratory.Lab` and click `Start`
- Inside the JupyterLab instance, click on `Git` tab and `Clone a Repository`
- Paste `https://github.com/BlueBrain/hippocampus-workshop.git` and click `Clone`.
- Access the cloned notebooks by opening the folder `hippocampus-workshop` in the left panel

## Install dependencies
Before running the exercise notebooks we need to **install some dependencies** using the `init.ipynb` notebook.
