Note: The 'bootstrap' in the title refers to the practice of bootstrapping. Not the front-end framework that happens to be [called Bootstrap](http://getbootstrap.com/).

  1. Install Node.

  2. Install Grunt & Bower.

  3. Get Bower components.

  4. Get grunt modules.

  5. Set up `scss/site.scss`.

  6. Tweak Gruntfile.
