作为一个刚毕业的大学生，为了以后能找到媳妇，有个安乐窝，最近一直很关注成都买房的问题。 买房事大，肯定得货比三家，先看价格，再看地域，再看以后的发展， 但是去翻房产网看房价，然后再看地图看政策，分析所选择的房子周边以后发展的态势是一件很麻烦的事情，所以自己操刀，写了一个房地产分析的网页，再配合着自己在服务器上写的爬虫，每天都有更新，这样基本满足了我买房的时候，分析的需求。
