1. 注释掉 project/build.gradle 中 publish 的 classpath
2. 注释掉 project/build.gradle 中 aop 的 classpath
3. setting.gradle 中 只留下 app 和 publish
4. 运行 gradle publish
5. setting.gradle 中 放开 aop-plugin 和 aop-annotation
6. 运行 gradle publish
7. setting.gradle 中 放开 aop-runtime
8. 运行 gradle publish

2. library/build.gradle 中使用 publish 插件，并配置 publishConfig
