Generate styles on the fly based on the given rule or pre-defined mixins.

## Usage

```javascript

const styles = require('styles-generator')

var css = styles()

css('margin-top-10px')

// => margin-top:10px;

var css = styles({

  'margin-top': (value) => `margin-top:${value}rem;`

})

css('margin-top-10')

// => margin-top:10rem;

```
