Valence Test Tool

This command line tool does an anonymous call to the get-versions route. It attempts to diagnose the problem if the call fails.
Setup
-----
You must have Visual Studio 2012 with the NuGet extension. Click "Enable NuGet Package Restore" in the Project menu before building.
Usage

Use the `--help` option to get usage information.
