Chocolate Chip Cookies
======================
### Ingredients
- 2.25 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1.25 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 8oz semisweet chocolate bar
### Step-by-step
1. Whisk the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt, and sugar together in a
large bowl.
2. Melt the butter in a bowl. Add the vanilla extract to the butter.
3. In a seperate bowl, whisk the eggs and egg yolks.
4. Slowly whisk the eggs into the melted butter mixture (be sure not to cook
the eggs).
5. Pour the egg and butter mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix by hand until
a consistent dough is formed.
6. With a knife, roughly cut the chocolate bars into 1/8 inch squares. Mix the
chocolate into the dough.
7. Form golfball sized egg-shaped balls of the dough, roughly 3-4 tablespoons
in size.
8. Cover and refrigerate for 24-72 hours.
9. Preheat your oven to 350F.
10. While the dough balls are still cold, cut in half with a knife.
11. Place each dough ball half on a parchment lined baking sheet with the flat
side facing down.
12. Bake for 18 minutes.
