# Learn Git CLI in AWS CloudShell
This repository is designed to help students practice Git commands using the command-line interface (CLI) within the AWS CloudShell environment.
This repo is primarily intended to be used with the *Learn Git CLI with AWS CloudShell* lab hosted an AWS-hosted event using **AWS Workshop Studio**.
AWS Workshop Studio provides a temporary or *sandbox* AWS account for the duration of the AWS hosted event.
* If you are not taking part in an AWS hosted event, or you have your own AWS account, you can follow the instructions independently.
## Project Overview
This project includes an *app* branch that contains a Python script that retrieves and displays information about your AWS account.
This script is used as a base for various Git and development workflow exercises.
