# genesis_analysis

this repository contains notebooks which demonstrate the analysis of the Phillips distortion phantom on the [Elekta Unity](https://www.elekta.com/products/radiation-therapy/unity/) using the open soruce [mri_distortion_toolkit](https://github.com/Image-X-Institute/mri_distortion_toolkit)

## directions for use

this is mostly intended as a repository for report write ups, however if you want to run the notebooks the requirements are listed in `requirements.txt`

## folder structure

- note_books: contains the notebooks demonstrating the analysis

- _segmentation_data: holds the json files for previous segmentations

- python codes contains any codes used to support successful running of the notebooks
