Basic commands

- /air start Starts the event

- /air stop Ends the event

- /air unlock Opens the airdrop before the end of the timer

- /air reload Reloads the configuration

- /air create [chance] Creates a list of items with the specified chance of appearing in the chest

- /air gui [chance] Opens the menu for editing the list of items

- /air chest Spawns a chest with random items
