# Bytecode Alliance Governance Documents

This repository contains documents related to Bytecode Alliance governance.

The Bytecode Alliance is governed by a Governing Board. A Technical Steering Committee (TSC) reports to that board and provides technical oversight to Hosted Projects and Special Interest Groups.

Hosted Projects are source code repositories that are governed by the Bytecode Alliance.

A Special Interest Group is a group of Bytecode Alliance members and invited participants who share an interest in a particular application or aspect of the technology that the Bytecode Alliance is working on.
