# Joomla Update Checker - A Firefox browser extension
This Firefox extension will notify you if your Joomla website is outdated.
# Usage
1. Download
2. Extract the zip file
3. Open the following URL in Firefox > `about:debugging`
4. Click **Load Temporary Add-on**
5. Navigate to the directory of the extension you downloaded (you can select any file in the directory)
6. Visit your Joomla! website
7. Open the extension and click "Detect"
