This plugin shows synonyms for identifiers in Java source code. All the synonyms can be customized in the settings, by going to `File` > `Settings` > `Editor` > `Java Identifiers Thesaurus`. This plugin can be used by selecting any Replace x with synonym from the [intention actions](https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/intention-actions.html) menu.

## Installation

- Using the IDE built-in plugin system:

  

  Settings/Preferences > Plugins > Marketplace > Search for "java-identifiers-thesaurus-plugin" >

  Install

  

- Manually:

  Download the [latest release](https://github.com/C10udburst/java-identifiers-thesaurus-plugin/releases/latest) and install it manually using

  Settings/Preferences > Plugins > ⚙️ > Install plugin from disk...
