Streaming Maximum Likelihood Estimation

This project contains the codebase for a number of papers and research taken place at Imperial College and elsewhere from 2006 onwards on the topic of streaming parameter estimation and classification.

This is a temporary release to be refreshed soon with better-tested code. References may be found in www.canangos.com
