# dr-gc-total-size

[The garbage collection of Docker Registry](https://docs.docker.com/registry/garbage-collection/) accepts a `--dry-run` parameter.

## How to use

```

$ gcts -h

Usage of gcts:

  -d string

        root directory (storage.filesystem.rootdirectory)

```

### Example

docker registry config

```

storage:

  filesystem:

    rootdirectory: /var/lib/registry

```

`/var/lib/registry` is rootdirectory, so `-d` flag is set this.

```bash

$ ./bin/registry garbage-collect --dry-run /etc/docker/registry/config.yml -m | gcts -d /var/lib/registry

```
