[![Coverage Status](https://coveralls.io/repos/github/CarlBittendorf/BVHFiles.jl/badge.svg?branch=master)](https://coveralls.io/github/CarlBittendorf/BVHFiles.jl?branch=master)BVHFiles.jl is a package for working with BioVisionHierarchy files, a file format which stores motion capture data in a hierarchical structure.
BVHFiles.jl uses [graphs](https://github.com/JuliaGraphs/LightGraphs.jl) to represent and manipulate the data.
## Installation
The package is registered and can be installed using the package manager.
In the Julia REPL type `]` to enter the package manager REPL mode and run```
pkg> add BVHFiles
```## Examples
Here a BVH file generated by [alaska/Dynamicus](https://www.ifm-chemnitz.de/produkte/mensch-technik-interaktion/alaskadynamicus/) (green) is transformed in such a way, that the
movement can be transfered to a file [DAZ3D](https://www.daz3d.com/) can handle (red).![Original new](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/85636219/121555428-4b36bd00-ca13-11eb-9ef7-8341cf912ba0.png)
