## Guillotine

###WCBN's Close Cutting Fundraiser

This is a database front-end for managing donations to 

[WCBN-FM](http://www.wcbn.org/) during the annual fundraiser 

pledge drive.

### Database

Guillotine is a Rails application which runs on a Postgres database. There must be a role `guillotine`, and the extension `pg_trgm`.
