# People

This repository serves as the entrypoint for all internal and external contributors. Please follow the steps outlined below, respective to your contributor type.

## Internal

Includes employees, interns, and fellows i.e. people working _for_ the Data Department.

#### Onboarding

Check the [issues](https://github.com/ccao-data/people/issues) in this repository for an onboarding issue with your name in the title. If one doesn't exist, do one of the following:

  * **New employees and interns** should create an issue with the [onboard-internal](https://github.com/ccao-data/people/issues/new?assignees=&labels=internal&projects=&template=onboard-internal.md&title=Onboard+%5BFULL+NAME%5D) template.

  * **Returning employees and interns** should create an issue with the [onboard-returning](https://github.com/ccao-data/people/issues/new?assignees=&labels=internal&projects=&template=onboard-returning.md&title=Onboard+%5BFULL+NAME%5D) template.

#### Offboarding

Check the [issues](https://github.com/ccao-data/people/issues) in this repository for an offboarding issue with your name in the title. If one doesn't exist, do one of the following:

  * **Interns** should create an issue with the [offboard](https://github.com/ccao-data/people/issues/new?labels=internal&template=offboard.md&title=Offboard+%5BFULL+NAME%5D) template.

  * **Employees** offboard via a more formal internal HR process. Please contact your immediate supervisor for more information.

## External

Includes contractors, vendors, partners, and collaborators i.e. people working _with_ the Data Department.
