This repository includes the notebooks created to wrangle datasets for each dataset for [CZ CELLxGENE DISCOVER](https://cellxgene.cziscience.com/). Each dataset was wrangled by following [cellxgene schema 2.0](https://github.com/chanzuckerberg/single-cell-curation/blob/main/schema/2.0.0/schema.md) standards.
