# Broadband Facts

### Musts

- Label must be displayed, not simply a link or icon to the label.

- Label must be displayed during the checkout process

- Sales done over the phone or offline must provide a link to the label (bottom of ISP site)

- Online customer portals must display the label of their current plan

- Display labels for current plans. All labels to be archived for 2 years

- Labels must have unique identifier F/M + FCC ID + Unique ID

- 

### Not required

- Display label on monthly bill

- Creating labels for old plans that are no longer available (only currently available plans)

- Archived labels not required to be public
