# pycon_vm

Please download and setup the virtual machine before the workshop.

1. Install [Virtual Box](https://www.virtualbox.org/)

2. Download the 4.2G PyCon Virtual Box Image from [here](https://t.co/QcnG8ABxry). The download button is on the top of the page.

# Set up

Use md5checksum to verify the VM image downloaded is valid: 

```

md5sum -b PyCon.ova

```

The output should be:

1eefd512dab1dea3bd9e0ffe9d21abcb *PyCon.ova

Launch Virtual Box, file -> import appliance -> point to the 'PyCon.ova'

Launch that Virtual Machine and boom, you are ready to hack.

The default user name: pycon

password: pycon
