Welcome to my GitHub profile! I'm Chandula Adhikari, a Computer Engineering undergraduate at the University of Peradeniya. I have a keen interest in machine learning, computer vision, explainable AI, and software development.

### About Me

As a passionate problem solver, I enjoy tackling challenging problems and finding appropriate methods to solve them. I believe in the power of technology to transform and improve various aspects of our lives. My academic background in Computer Engineering has equipped me with a strong foundation in programming, algorithms, and system design.

### Areas of Interest

- Machine Learning: I am captivated by the potential of machine learning algorithms, especially their role in computer vision, natural language processing, and data analysis. The ability to extract patterns and learn from data is truly fascinating.
- Computer Vision: The field of computer vision intrigues me, particularly its intersection with machine learning. The idea of enabling machines to ‘see’ and understand the content of digital images or videos is an area I’m keen to explore further.
- Explainable AI: I am interested in making AI transparent and understandable. I believe in the importance of not just creating models that can make predictions, but also being able to explain why they’re making those predictions.
- Software Development: Building robust and scalable software solutions is something I thoroughly enjoy. I strive to follow best practices and leverage modern technologies and frameworks to deliver efficient and reliable software.
