This is a google chrome extension that helps the user focus 

In the Chrome browser, go to the Extensions page by entering chrome://extensions/ in the address bar and pressing Enter.

Toggle the "Developer mode" switch located at the top right corner of the page.

Click on the "Load unpacked" button

Once the Focus-Extension folder is selected, Chrome will load the extension, and it will appear on the Extensions page.
