# Autonomous Storage Machine Control System
This repository contains the code, documentation, and resources developed during the internship project focused on implementing an autonomous control system for storage machines (STACKERs) at OCP's mining site in Benguerir. The project aims to enhance the efficiency and safety of phosphate storage operations through automation and digitalization.

## Project Overview
The mining industry is undergoing a transformation driven by advancements in technology. This project contributes to OCP's strategic vision of smart mining by developing an autonomous control system for stackers used in the storage of phosphates. The system provides real-time supervision, efficient decision-making, and optimization of storage processes.
## Architecture
The system architecture integrates various components:
- **PLC (Programmable Logic Controller):** Manages real-time control and automation.
- **HMI (Human-Machine Interface):** Provides operators with a user-friendly interface for monitoring and controlling the system.
- **Remote Supervision:** Enables monitoring and control from a centralized location.
- **Data Management:** Utilizes data from sensors and other inputs to optimize storage processes and ensure system reliability.## Technologies and Tools
- **PLC Programming:** Using Automation Studio and Step7 SIMATIC Manager
- **HMI Development:** For creating intuitive operator interfaces
- **Simulation Tools:** To test and validate system functionality
