## Development
### Prerequisites
- Node.js v16+
- PostgreSQL 13+
- Stellar SDK
- Redis (optional, for caching)
### Local Development
1. Set up local environment:

npm install
npm run setup
```
2. Start development server:

npm run dev
```
3. Run tests:
```bash
npm run test
npm run test:e2e
```
