Install DepthSense SDK

On Ubuntu 12.04, I had to add

`export CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH="${CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH}:/opt/ros/hydro/include/opencv"`

to my .bashrc even after running `sudo apt-get install ros-hydro-vision-opencv`.
