# SVXplorer

Creating a web-based tool to browse VCF SV calls, and link to genome browser for

## Notes

Currently we are hardcoded to use particular VCF files for HG002, but I think

this repo could be a general purpose tool for SV quality control checking. If

you are interested in using, make a github issue and let me know
