# Overview
A repo to hold data and code for testing the HRA 3D Digital Object for the axillary lymph nodes. The goal of this repo is to provide instructions for how to simulate working with the 3D Reference Objectfor the axillary lymph node in Blender as a substitute for the Registration User Inteface (RUI), which does not support this particlar 3D model yet.# Video

# Pre-requisites
1. Clone or download (and unzip) this GitHub repo.
2. Download Blender 4.2 LTS at [https://www.blender.org/download/](https://www.blender.org/download/).
3. Open the BLEND file `lymphatics-scene.blend` in Blender.
4. Open the RUI at [https://apps.humanatlas.io/rui/](https://apps.humanatlas.io/rui/) with the female large intestine or any other organ.
5. Follow the steps in the video linked above.
