How: Web platform with guides, questionnaires, and decision trees which can help the population understand the current situation and guides them through what steps need to be taken.

## Development
### Repo setup
- Fork this repo
- Clone your fork
- Open the directory where you have cloned the repo
### Install node dependencies
```sh
$ npm install
```
### Run the app in the development mode
```sh
$ npm start
```
Open [http://localhost:3000](http://localhost:3000) to view it in the browser. The page will reload if you make edits. You will also see any lint errors in the console.
### Run the tests
```sh
$ npm test
```
Launches the test runner in the interactive watch mode. See the section about [running tests](https://facebook.github.io/create-react-app/docs/running-tests) for more information.
## Deployment
