# CSAT plugin for Redmine
## Description
This plugin enables you to send Customer Satisfaction survey emails to your clients. You can send it `manually`, `daily` or `weekly`. Every submission can be viewed in CSAT segment of your project.
## Usage
A user with admin privileges needs to enable CSAT permissions for a user role. Once enabled you can activate it per project basis by checking it in your project modules. A CSAT tab will appear for the project. This tab contains configuration options for the project and CSAT submissions.
## CSAT Mails
The CSAT survey link that is triggered to given email id is fixed for one project. The link is reusable i.e. customer can choose to submit the survey any number of times.
