# CodePath Slackbot (Fred)
## Overview
This is the friendly CodePath Slack bot developed initially by the opportunity pillar alumni principally [Jon Como](https://github.com/jcomo) and [Amay Singhal](https://github.com/aamays). This bot is deployed on the [CodePath Slack group](https://codepath.slack.com) and is intended to provide an array of useful functions in connecting alumni.
This bot currently has the following commands and functions:
