## 🤝 팀 규칙

#### 1. 매일 오전 11시 일일 스크럼 회의를 진행합니다.

- 월 - 금 오전 11시에 디스코드에 모여 전체 진행 상황을 공유합니다.

- 이후 FE / BE 팀별로 모여서 업무를 분담하고 조율합니다.

#### 2. 모든 업무의 시작은 Issue의 발행입니다.

- 자신이 하고자 하는 일을 Issue로 발행해서 모두와 공유합니다. 

- 각각의 이슈 번호에 맞는 브랜치를 생성해서 작업합니다.

- 팀원의 합의로 PR - MERGE 가 이뤄진 후에는 해당 브랜치는 삭제합니다.

#### 3. 잦은 소통을 지향합니다.

- 작은 일도 서로 공유하며 업무를 진행합니다.

- 궁금한 것이 있으면 언제든지 음성 대화방에 모여 해결합니다.

#### 4. 서로 존중하며 각자의 일에 책임감을 가집니다.

- 서로 존중하며 상대방의 입장에서 한 번 더 생각합니다.

- 각자의 일에 책임감을 가지고 끝까지 해결할 수 있도록 노력합니다.
