# NGcodeX portal -> Extend Moodle 4.1.X || PlanetHoster
[NGcodeX Portal](https://portal.ngcodex.com) is an implementation of [moodle version 4.1](https://moodle.org) currently supported by the NGcodeX server. we manage all community activities. The project is deployed at [planethoster](https://www.planethoster.com/goph-3465c4d2ecce10f) following the shared server; respecting the specifications for this implementation
## requirements
It doesn't matter which hosting provider you use. The principle is the same. for our case, NGcodeX use [PlanetHoster](https://www.planethoster.com/goph-3465c4d2ecce10f) for this implementationthis version of Moodle supports the following database servers. Again, version numbers are just the minimum supported version. We recommend running the latest stable version of any software.
