## Quality Control Tracking DB, for Sequencer Runs and Samples

QC data will be kept and tracked from:

 * ngs sequencer runs

 * sample fastq files (mainly from *fastqc* app)

Diagrams and charts can be generated, e.g.:

 * comparative F/R assemblies

 * etc

 Current status:  development mode, alpha, pre-release, dreaming of future.
