# Alexa-http-get
Send http commands with Amazon's Alexa to a NodeMCU board.
## Aims
Voice control of the amplifier's volume and power.
## Prerequisites
A server somewhere to receive http requests. I started here: https://github.com/mdhiggins/ESP8266-HTTP-IR-Blaster for the IR blaster.
## Usage examples
- Alexa, tell Arcam to power on
- Alexa, tell Arcam to power off
- Alexa, tell Arcam to turn the volume up
- Alexa, tell Arcam to mute
