To build PyNvVideoCodec:

1) Download the latest version of the PyNvVideoCodec source from https://catalog.ngc.nvidia.com/orgs/nvidia/resources/pynvvideocodec

2) Run ./build.sh 

The resulting wheel will be located in the wheelhouse/ directory.
