方便快捷的处理自定义宏定义
配置可以添加说明方便理解

支持多个平台的配置文件
如果设置为单一配置文件会命名为 DefineSymbolsData_Default
多平台的话会根据平台命名
v2.0
移除了多平台的模式 改为自定义配置文件可以自己的创建配置。
可以从已有文件克隆配置到新文件。
